Dr. Scott Gulinson

Dr. Scott Gulinson founded Millennium Laser & Aesthetics Center and works there as its physician. He has been involved in women's healthcare since 1995 and has practiced in the Phoenix valley since 1999, and he has spent more than 19 years listening to the concerns of women in his ob-gyn practice. He is board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics & Gynecology and is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. His hospital affiliations include Banner Thunderbird Medical Center and Arrowhead Community Hospital. He received Banner Health Systems Top Doc awards in 2003 through 2006 and was nominated for America's Best Physicians in 2016 and 2017.

His medical training began with an undergraduate degree from Washington University in St Louis (1987 to 1991), followed by medical school at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center in Denver (1991 to 1995) and residency at the University of Texas Health Sciences Center in San Antonio (1995 to 1999). He trained with Dr. David Matlock at the Laser Vaginal Rejuvenation Institute of America in Beverly Hills, and learned Smart Lipo from cosmetic surgeons in Beverly Hills and Monterrey, California. He has also been formally trained in Botox injections, and his body contouring training includes suction and power-assisted liposuction, Vaser liposuction and laser lipolysis.

His work centers on body contouring, including liposuction and laser lipolysis, and on pelvic repair and reconstruction, cosmetic gynecology and intimacy enhancement, including elective vulvovaginal procedures such as labiaplasty, hymen reconstruction and prepuce reduction. He has delivered over 7,000 babies, performed more than 2,000 pelvic reconstruction and reparative surgeries, and performed over 1,000 surgeries for liposuction, labiaplasty, vaginal rejuvenation and intimacy enhancement. He holds certifications as a SmartLipo and Power Assist Liposuction specialist from Keller Medical Institute, a Syneron certified specialist in VelaShape Body Contouring, a Cynosure certified specialist in laser lipolysis, and a specialist in elective vulvar and vaginal procedures from the Laser Vaginal Rejuvenation Institute of America. He also has extra certification to offer the tumescent technique and a Clearskin Institute certification for medical directorship. He is a member of the Maricopa Medical Society, the American Medical Association, the Phoenix Ob/GYN Society, the Laser Vaginal Rejuvenation Institute of America, the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgeons and the American Academy of Cosmetic Gynecologists.
