Dr. Scott

Dr. Scott leads NewSkin in Bellevue, Washington, as a facial plastic surgeon and is a board-certified plastic surgeon with an MD. His practice is limited to plastic surgery of the face, neck, eyes, and nose, and he is known for deep-plane facelifts, rhinoplasty, and eyelid surgery. He also specializes in facial rejuvenation and is the surgeon patients can talk with in real time during ProSculpt liposuction.

His training started with an undergraduate degree from Brigham Young University. He then earned his MD at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School on a scholarship, graduating with honors and being inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. He completed a five-year residency at Oregon Health & Science University, where he received the top research award in Oregon, and a facial plastic surgery fellowship in New York City. He scored in the 94th percentile on the facial plastic surgery board examination.

Beyond clinical work, he has more than 26 publications in medical journals, lectures at plastic surgery conferences nationwide, and is on the faculty at Pacific Northwest University of Health Sciences, where he teaches medical students during their plastic surgery rotation.
