Dr. Scott Alexander

Dr. Scott Alexander is the surgeon at Biltmore Surgical Hair Restoration in Phoenix and is a licensed physician who carries out the practice's surgical procedures. He began with a background in general surgery, moved fully into hair restoration in 2003, and has practiced only in that field since. Early on, he learned techniques from surgeons in the US considered among the best. He has been admitted to The Bald Truth Network and the Hair Transplant Network, belongs to the International Society of Hair Restoration Surgery, and is an accepted member of the International Alliance of Hair Restoration Surgeons. He is also an authorized ARTAS provider. The American Hair Loss Association has recommended him annually since 2006, and he was featured in Ape to Gentleman's The Best Hair Transplant Doctors in the World Today, 2026 Edition. His practice covers handheld FUE, robotic ARTAS FUE and strip (FUT) transplants, and he is trained and experienced in both handheld and robotic-assisted FUE. Every consultation is conducted by him personally: he examines the scalp, reviews medical and family history, assesses donor supply, and will advise against surgery when it isn't the right option.
