Dr. Schwarzburg

Dr. Schwarzburg is a physician and lead injector at MiracleFace MedSpa in New York City. He earned a bachelor's degree in microbiology, with magna cum laude distinction, at the University of Texas, then a medical degree from the University of Texas Medical School. He spent an extra year of research at the M.D. Anderson Cancer Center on cancer treatments, completed a general surgery internship at North Shore University Hospital and Long Island Jewish Medical Center, and finished a residency at Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons before receiving board certification.

His private practice focuses on minimally invasive cosmetic medicine. He is a member of the American Medical Association, regularly attends advanced aesthetics workshops across the United States and Europe, and takes part in trials of new medical cosmetic products and devices before they reach the market. He has trained many health care professionals in minimally invasive esthetic medicine and, with many years of practice, has performed tens of thousands of injections.

His specialties include cosmetic and laser medicine, microneedling including collagen induction therapy, and PRP for hair loss. He performs Fraxel dual laser treatments and chooses the chemical peel used in each patient's HydraFacial. For jawline work he commonly pairs Juvederm with Botox or Dysport in the masseters to slim the jaw area, and for acne scars he combines Secret RF microneedling and Fraxel Dual with Juvederm Voluma. He also focuses on lip augmentation and customizes treatment to each patient's lip type.
