Dr. Saima Rafiq is the Medical Director and Co-Founder of NUR Med Spa & Wellness. She is a board-certified internal medicine physician who holds a D.O. degree, earned at Nova Southeastern University, and she brings more than 14 years of medical experience to the practice. She is a Master Injector with advanced aesthetic injectable training. Her work spans aesthetics, regenerative medicine and holistic wellness. She performs Botox injections and dermal filler treatments, and before a filler appointment she assesses facial anatomy, symmetry and proportions. She also provides physician-guided evaluations for the P-Shot and O-Shot, and leads physician oversight of the spa's aesthetic and wellness care, including the assessment at each consultation of anatomy, skin condition, medical history and goals. She customizes each IV drip to the client's wellness goals and nutrient needs. Client reviews describe natural-looking results without overfilling.
