Dr. Ryan Welter

Ryan Welter, MD, founded Regeneris Medspa & Cosmetic Surgery, where he serves as CEO and also works as a cosmetic surgeon. He completed his medical training at the University of Oklahoma. Beyond Regeneris, he founded the New England Center for Hair Restoration, and his clinical interests span regenerative medicine and hair restoration. He pioneered the first adipose-derived stem cell therapy for hair loss. At Regeneris he supervises the filler treatment plan for every patient and directs the laser treatments carried out by the medical aesthetics team. He has taught and presented in more than 30 cities around the world and receives annual invitations to speak and teach at conferences internationally. Regenerative aesthetics is a subject he lectures on at the IMCAS World Congress and for the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery.
