Dr. Rosemary Bates

Dr. Rosemary Bates owns B Well Med Spa and has practiced medicine in Plano, Texas, since 1999. She is board certified in internal medicine and also holds a board certification in obesity medicine. Previously, she served as chief of medicine at Medical Center of Plano, and she often speaks locally on a variety of medical subjects. In 2020 she began the work of establishing the med spa, and she developed its medical weight loss program. The program pairs FDA-approved treatments with laboratory testing, medication, and changes to diet and daily habits. She is a member of the International Association of Physicians in Aesthetic Medicine.
