About
Dr. Roberta Huang, MD, heads the medical team and the regenerative medicine program at Lumera. She performs and oversees biologic allograft consultations and procedures. Her clinical interests include bioidentical hormone replacement for men and women, intimate wellness with regenerative treatments, and aesthetic medicine.
Her training covers undergraduate study, medical school and residency at Columbia Presbyterian Hospital in New York City, plus provider training from Hyagen Medical on FDA-aligned regulatory requirements, patient education and product administration. She practiced in Seattle for 11 years after moving to the West Coast in 2005, then relocated to the Portland area. She has also practiced as an OB/GYN for more than 23 years.
She tailors the choice of treatment to each patient, evaluating people individually and not recommending a procedure she does not consider clinically appropriate. During consultations, she covers what is known and what remains unclear about biologic allograft therapy.
