Dr. Robert Lutz

Dr. Robert Lutz, DOM, is a licensed massage therapist and acupuncturist practicing at Holistic Alternatives in Palm Harbor. He has more than 25 years of massage experience and more than 20 years of acupuncture experience. His practice combines massage therapy, acupuncture, cupping and herbal medicine, offered on their own or together in one treatment plan. He draws on Traditional Chinese Medicine concepts and designs individual plans aimed at the root causes of imbalance, not only the symptoms. His listed programs include a healthy aging program for adults 50 and over, with mobility acupuncture, sports cupping, recovery massage, joint support and herbs; a pain relief program with acupuncture, targeted cupping, herbal recommendations and optional massage; and a stress and sleep recovery program with acupuncture, aromatherapy or massage, herbal recommendations and lifestyle coaching. He also offers heart sound recordings, which analyze heart and blood flow sounds using a microphone and computer analysis, and red light therapy for skin. Eligible U.S. military veterans may receive acupuncture treatments fully covered through the VA Community Care Network, with a VA referral required.
