Dr. Richard Miron

Richard Miron is the founder of CARE Esthetics, where he works as its clinician. He is a clinician, researcher, educator, author and entrepreneur. His research has centred on platelet-rich fibrin (PRF) in facial and hair esthetics, and he has published over 200 research articles. His work focuses on PRF and regenerative medicine. For select clients he offers a range of skin rejuvenation procedures, and he developed the CARE Esthetics IV therapy program.

His doctoral credentials are a dr. med. dent., a DDS and a Ph.D. He also completed a master's in facial esthetic medicine at Queen Mary University of London, a two-year clinical course centred on minimally invasive facial procedures.

He has written four textbooks. The most recent, Platelet Rich Fibrin in Facial Esthetics, was co-written with Dr. Catherine Davies. His earlier books, Understanding Platelet-Rich Fibrin and PRF in Facial Esthetics, are best-selling, and an independent Expertscape review ranked him the top researcher on PRF therapy in 2020. He teaches PRP and PRF protocols and facial rejuvenation to doctors, facial estheticians and other clinicians around the world, and spends weekends travelling to courses.
