Dr. Ramesh Nagulamadugu

Ramesh Nagulamadugu practises Ayurveda, with a focus on Panchakarma and personalised wellness. Experience totals more than 23 years across clinical practice, medical education, healthcare leadership and research. Earlier positions in India included physician, hospital director and professor at Ayurvedic institutions. Training includes a BAMS and an MD in Ayurveda from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences in Karnataka, followed by a Master's degree in Data Analytics from Clark University in Massachusetts. Areas of focus are digestive wellness, pain in the joints, muscles and back, stress and sleep, weight management, skin and hair care, women's wellness and healthy ageing. Assessments use Prakriti and Vikriti evaluation and traditional pulse reading, and may lead to Panchakarma, herbal therapeutics and dietary and lifestyle guidance. He follows up on recommendations over time and adjusts them as needs change. Languages spoken are English, Hindi, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Tamil and Tulu. He has been honored with a New Jersey State Recognition.
