Dr. Phuah

Dr. Phuah is a physician in Fort Worth, Texas, who opened Hanami Medspa and now leads its aesthetic team. She serves men and women in Fort Worth and surrounding communities, is licensed by the state of Texas and is board-certified. She is listed with the credentials DO, MBA and FACOI, and she is also listed in Fort Worth Magazine's Women Who Forward Fort Worth. Her education began with a bachelor's degree in clinical laboratory science from the University of Texas at Austin. She then earned a dual degree in osteopathic medicine and an MBA at Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences in Kansas City, Missouri, and completed a residency in internal medicine in Texas. Later she completed additional medical training with the American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine and became a diplomate of that academy. She performs all of the injectables personally, including Botox and dermal fillers, and plans customized treatments for facial concerns. She also oversees every other aesthetics service at the medspa. Before recommending an injectable, she talks through each client's aesthetic goals, and she is available for follow-up consultations.
