Dr. Phillip Chang

Dr. Chang holds board certification from the American Board of Plastic Surgery, founded the practice and serves as its director. He treats patients across Loudoun County and the greater northwest area of Washington, D.C. Memberships include the American Society of Plastic Surgeons and the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery. He first trained at the University of Rochester School of Medicine, then completed general surgery at Loma Linda University Medical Center in southern California, where he worked with cosmetic surgeons in Newport Beach and Beverly Hills. His accredited fellowship in plastic and reconstructive surgery was at the University of Rochester. He attends medical conferences regularly for continuing education. His work covers simple and complex surgical and nonsurgical cosmetic procedures for men and women on the breast, body, face and skin, and he regularly performs breast lifts, tummy tucks, mommy makeovers and vaginal rejuvenation. He has lectured nationwide on post-traumatic facial reconstruction and abdominal wall remodeling, and has taught transaxillary breast augmentation, plus an arcus marginalis release technique for cosmetic eyelid surgery, to local plastic surgeons. He is an innovator of the mini facelift, minimal-scar breast augmentation and a one-hour nonsurgical rhinoplasty, and he developed the harmony minimal scar facial rejuvenation procedure. Recognition includes being listed as one of the Top 10 Plastic Surgeons in Loudoun County for three years by The Prime Buyer's Report, a feature in New Beauty Magazine, Super Doctor honors from 2011 to 2013, and Compassionate Doctor and Patients' Choice awards.
