Dr. Payan

Dr. Payan is a physician practising family medicine and aesthetic medicine at Inside Out Medical Center in Fresno, where she leads the aesthetic medicine side of the practice. She reviews every injectable aesthetic consultation at the clinic. She is board-certified, and she has ongoing education in family medicine and aesthetic science. On the primary care side, she handles annual physicals and preventive care, women's and men's health, weight loss and metabolic health, chronic disease management, acute care and telemedicine, and she completes USCIS Form I-693 immigration physicals in a single visit. Her named aesthetic specialties are neurotoxins such as Botox and Dysport, dermal fillers and facial harmonization, bio-stimulators, and microneedling with skin rejuvenation. When she plans aesthetic results, she includes labs, sleep, hormones and nutrition in the discussion.
