About
Paul Fondacaro, MD, is the medical director of Dr. Park Ave, where his focus is minimally invasive cosmetic procedures. He began offering cosmetic services within his practice in 2003. He earned his MD from New York University School of Medicine in 1981. He then completed a surgical internship and residency at SUNY Downstate in 1986, after serving as chief resident there from 1985 to 1986. He has worked as an attending surgeon at Long Island College Hospital, and he spent time at Lenox Hill Hospital in Manhattan, where he held the post of assistant director of surgery. His academic appointments include assistant professor of surgery at New York Medical College and, later, at Cornell Medical College. NY Magazine, Castle Connolly and the Consumer Research Council of America have each cited him as a top surgeon.
