Dr. Paul E. Goco

Dr. Goco leads Goco Center for Aesthetics as its Medical Director, and his surgical work centers on the face, specifically facial plastic and reconstructive procedures. He earned his medical degree at Georgetown University Medical School in Washington, D.C., and then worked through his internship and residency at Walter Reed Army Medical Center, also in Washington, D.C. He was picked for a facial plastic and reconstructive surgery fellowship run through Louisiana State University in Shreveport with the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. From 1998 to 2002 he headed the U.S. Army's facial plastic and reconstructive surgery work in Tacoma, Washington. He has written on facial plastic surgery and lectured on it nationally, and he has donated his time as a surgeon to Face to Face's national and local domestic violence programs. He holds board certification from the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and from the American Board of Otolaryngology, a double certification in facial plastic and reconstructive surgery. He is also a Fellow of the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery, the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, and the American Academy of Otolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery.
