About

Dr. Paul E. Cox serves as Medical Director at WIFH and holds MD and MS credentials. He has 20 years of experience in family medicine and anti-aging, with a focus on hormone optimization and advanced cosmetic injectables.

He completed an internship and residency in family medicine at Atlanta Medical Center from 1999 to 2002, and established a solo family medicine practice, Paramount Family Medicine PC, in 2002. He began cosmetic Botox training in the early 2000s and added facial fillers and Sculptra shortly after. He has performed thousands of injectable procedures.

He performed Smartlipo at Blue Medspa from 2007 to 2011 and at LaserMed in Alpharetta from 2011 to 2017, and was trained in Smartlipo in 2007 as one of the first physicians in Atlanta to offer it. He has been featured in Genre magazine for Smartlipo and in The Atlantan, Piedmont Review, Life and Style Top Docs 2010 and Best Self, and is a regular guest on WSB radio's Atlanta Living.
