Dr. Paul Doskey

Dr. Paul Doskey is a pain management physician at the Blue Springs location of Core Medical Center and a board-certified anesthesiologist. His training in anesthesiology shapes his pain medicine practice. He treats patients across the Greater Kansas City area who are looking for options short of surgery.

His clinical focus covers chronic and persistent back and neck pain, sciatica and pain that radiates down the leg, and joint pain from osteoarthritis. He also treats headaches and migraines that have a structural or nerve component, as well as neuropathy. Procedures he offers include trigger-point, epidural, nerve block and joint injections, along with regenerative options such as PRP and related treatments for sciatica pain.

At a first visit he talks through the pain, the patient's history and their goals, then completes an exam and explains what he finds. He works directly with the chiropractic, physical therapy and rehabilitation team in the Blue Springs building and collaborates with Dr. Aston Goldsworthy on cases that cross specialties.
