Dr. Pablo Villegas

Dr. Pablo Villegas appears as a doctor on the Dream Sculpt team page, where his credentials are listed as MD, CMS-CHT and FIBH. He has more than 15 years of experience managing psychiatric patients at APP Health Group, a private practice, and he helped open Dream Sculpt Body Spa with partners.

His training began with a bachelor's degree in molecular and cell biology from UC Berkeley, completed with a minor in Luso-Brazilian language and literature. He then earned a medical degree from the Universidad Autonoma de Guadalajara and completed the Fifth Pathway program at Mount Sinai School of Medicine. Once he finished medical school, his interests moved toward longevity, obesity and performance enhancement, and he spent four years in translational and clinical research at Columbia University's Obesity Research Center.

He completed his training at the Hypnotherapy Academy of America in 2021 and now teaches there as an associate instructor. Clinical hypnotherapy is part of his practice.
