Dr. Nirav Savalia

Dr. Nirav Savalia is a board-certified plastic and reconstructive surgeon practicing in Newport Beach. He is the Program Director for Oncoplastic and Aesthetic Breast Surgery at Hoag Memorial Hospital Presbyterian and a Clinical Assistant Professor at USC Keck School of Medicine. He holds board certification from the American Board of Plastic Surgery.

He earned his medical doctorate at Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia. After that he completed post-doctoral training in general surgery and plastic and reconstructive surgery, followed by a fellowship in cosmetic surgery techniques, including breast augmentation and breast lift. His clinical work covers cosmetic surgery of the face, breasts and body, as well as reconstruction after breast or skin cancer, including oncoplastic surgery.

He specializes in facelift surgery and facial rejuvenation, including deep plane facelifts. For facelift patients he evaluates the SMAS layer and, when needed, lifts down to the neck to re-suspend the facial muscles. For some facelift patients he may suggest a less complex surgery combined with medspa treatments. He oversees all medspa procedures at the practice and performs non-surgical injectables, including BOTOX Cosmetic, Jeuveau, JUVEDERM and Radiesse.

He was recognized as a Physician of Excellence by the Orange County Medical Association in 2018, and in each year from 2016 through 2025. He was also listed in Orange Coast Top Doctors from 2015 to 2022, named a Castle Connolly Top Doctor from 2019 to 2022, and named a RealSelf Top Doctor.
