Dr. Nimalie

Dr. Nimalie founded Revitalize BodyMD in Freehold, where she serves as Medical Director and the practice's BHRT provider. She is a board-certified OB-GYN with more than 15 years in practice, and she holds an MD.

Hormone care is her main focus, particularly menopause. She offers bio-identical hormone therapy and BHRT pellet therapy to women and men going through menopause or andropause, and she implants testosterone pellets during in-office procedures. Her wider clinical work includes contraceptive management, perimenopause and menopause care, and treatment of endometriosis and polycystic ovary syndrome. Her BHRT training came through World Link Medical, including advanced study with Dr. Neal Rouzier, and she holds certifications from Link Medical and EvexiPEL.

Outside hormones, she works in aesthetics and medical weight loss, leading the weight loss program and conducting the initial consultation and weekly follow-up visits. Her aesthetic practice centers on non-surgical cosmetic gynecology combined with regenerative tissue engineering, including vaginal rejuvenation with PRP. Some BHRT plans are paired with the O-Shot for concerns such as low libido and vaginal dryness. She is specially trained, certified, and licensed to provide the O-Shot. She also holds medical aesthetics certification from the American Board of Aesthetic Medicine.
