About
Dr. Nicole Schertell founded Thrive Medspa & Wellness in Portsmouth, New Hampshire, where she serves as Medical Director and leads med spa treatments alongside the licensed medical team. A licensed Naturopathic Medical Doctor, she is an Anti-Aging Expert. She graduated from Sonoran University of Health Sciences, and she pioneered the first Pre-Naturopathic Medicine degree at the University of New Hampshire.
Her practice is built around integrative, functional and regenerative medicine, addressing hormonal balance, skin health, aging concerns and overall vitality. Treatments she offers include radiofrequency microneedling, CO2 laser resurfacing, PDO threads, PRFM biofiller, hyaluronic acid injectables, Xeomin, chemical peels, peptides and regenerative therapies. She aims for natural-looking results that fit each patient's long-term health.
Outside the clinic, she sits on the founding board of the Aesthetic Medical Providers of New Hampshire and has been an active member of the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine since 2016. A Vogue Magazine article on Influential Women of New Hampshire featured her.
