Dr. Nicholas Jones

Nicholas Jones, MD, FACS, practices plastic surgery in Atlanta across both aesthetic and reconstructive work, and he owns Nip & Tuck Plastic Surgery. He holds dual board certification from the American Board of Plastic Surgery (2015) and the American Board of Surgery (2010). Before entering plastic surgery residency, he spent a year as a trauma surgeon. His education started with a bachelor's degree in chemistry from Xavier University of Louisiana in 2000, followed by an MD from LSU School of Medicine in 2004. He then trained in general surgery at Albert Einstein Medical Center, starting his internship in 2005 and finishing his residency in 2009. A microsurgery fellowship at the University of Mississippi Medical Center came in 2010, and he completed a plastic surgery residency at the Medical College of Georgia in 2014. He also did a clerkship under Dr. Marcelo Araujo in São Paulo, Brazil. In 2018 he received Xavier University of Louisiana's 40 Under 40 award, and he has served as a board member of a local Susan G. Komen chapter.
