Dr. Neha Delvadia, DPM, leads clinical and surgical foot and ankle care at Podiatry Group of Georgia in Marietta. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Psychology from the University of Florida and earned her Doctor of Podiatric Medicine at the Kent State University College of Podiatric Medicine in Cleveland, Ohio. She completed a three-year podiatric medicine and surgical residency at the Atlanta VA Medical Center in Decatur, Georgia, and a dermatology and pathology fellowship at Bako Diagnostics in Alpharetta, Georgia. In 2013 she co-authored abstracts on plantar shear stresses and plantar loading for the American Podiatric Medical Association and American Society of Biomechanics annual meetings.

Her clinical focus covers heel pain differential diagnosis, plantar fasciitis care, ingrown toenail treatment, diabetic limb salvage and preventive foot care, and reconstructive foot and ankle surgery, including bunion and hammertoe correction. In the office she offers Q-Clear laser treatment for toenail fungus and discoloration, KeryFlex nail restoration, ingrown toenail resections and matrixectomies, and plantar wart treatment. For Morton's neuroma she provides non-surgical care and refers severe cases for surgical consultation. She also makes custom 3D gait scans and biomechanical orthotics and provides conservative care for sports injuries and joint pain. Heel pain and neuroma are assessed through hands-on gait evaluation, digital X-rays and a physical exam.
