About
Dr. Neena Bhatti is a board-certified allergist and immunologist at Advanced MedSpa, and she has practiced for more than 20 years in Maryland, serving patients in Montgomery, Charles and Prince George's Counties. She founded Advanced Dermacare and Skin Solutions and began medical esthetics work in 2011.
She is known for dermal fillers, facial rejuvenation and contouring, and for Botox and microneedling with platelet-rich plasma. She works with allergic skin conditions and with skin concerns specific to ethnic skin, and she uses a YAG laser for a range of skin issues. Her signature treatments include permanent hair reduction, acne management, melasma, hyperpigmentation and photo-rejuvenation, and she often pairs chemical peels with laser therapy. Xeomin is her preferred Botox alternative, a purified form with no additives.
She works with the esthetic team to build treatment plans that combine medical expertise with aesthetic technique.
