Dr. Mukhtar Anees

Dr. Mukhtar Anees founded the practice in 2008 and serves as its medical director and owner. He is board-certified in gastroenterology, endocrinology and internal medicine, and brings more than 40 years of medical experience. His background also includes aesthetic medicine, and he has completed advanced training in Lumenis LightSheer laser technology. His aesthetic focus includes BOTOX and liquid facelifts, laser procedures, hyaluronic acid fillers and wrinkle relaxers. He retired as a Lieutenant Colonel in the United States Army Reserve. He holds active memberships in the American College of Physicians, the American Gastroenterological Association, the American College of Gastroenterology, the American Society for Gastroenterological Endoscopy, the Tarrant County Medical Society and the Texas Medical Association. Fort Worth, Texas magazine named him a Top Doc in 2004. He has appeared on local television and spoken at medical events in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.
