Dr. Moneer Jaibaji is a plastic and cosmetic surgeon who practises at Jaibaji Plastic Surgery, covering both cosmetic and reconstructive procedures. He holds dual board certification from the American Board of Plastic Surgery and the American Board of Surgery. His Fellowship with the Royal College of Surgeons of England dates from 1995, and his Diplomate status with the American Board of Surgery from 2005. He opened his Coronado cosmetic surgery office in 2006, has operating privileges at Sharp Memorial, Sharp Grossmont, Scripps Mercy and Sharp Coronado hospitals, and directs the Wound Care Clinic at Sharp Coronado Hospital. Reconstructive work includes facial reconstruction after skin cancer removal, repair of facial injuries from trauma, breast reconstruction, hand surgery and microsurgery. He personally oversees every part of the cosmetic surgery experience and uses procedures that have been tested over time. At consultation he reviews goals, medical history and anatomy, and uses measurements, implant sizers and visual references to guide implant choice. Injectables are given with a fine needle to preserve natural facial expression.
