Dr. Milton Chavez

Dr. Milton Chavez founded Illari Aesthetics and serves as its Medical Director. He is a board-certified family physician who has practiced clinical medicine since the early 1990s. He trained at Rush University and was later retained there as faculty, where he taught and precepted resident physicians before opening his own aesthetics practice.

His practice covers family medicine, medical aesthetics and surgical dermatology. He has additional training in surgical scar revision, orthobiologics, acne treatment and advanced filler technique.
