About
Dr. Mills serves as Medical Director of Élevé Medical Institute. A board-certified plastic surgeon, he practises in Laguna Beach, Orange County, and has more than 35 years of experience in aesthetic and reconstructive surgery. He earned his medical degree from Loma Linb University School of Medicine in 1982.
He completed general surgery requirements at Wright State University, then a plastic surgery residency at the Medical College of Ohio, followed by an aesthetic surgery fellowship in Phoenix, Arizona. He was president of the California Society of Plastic Surgeons for 2007-08 and of The Aesthetic Society (formerly ASAPS) for 2016-17.
His areas of focus include facial rejuvenation, transaxillary breast augmentation and ultrasonic liposuction. He is recognized for the Aesthetic Neural Network, credited with surgical outcomes and improvements to device rating systems, and he is a surgeon of national reputation. For more than two decades he has mentored and supervised Ana Torres and Kim Blevins.
