Dr. Mike Nayak owns Nayak Plastic Surgery, which he founded. He holds three board certifications and serves as a clinical professor. He is also a board-certified staff surgeon at Barnes Hospital. In teaching, he instructs other cosmetic surgeons in advanced surgical methods and lectures frequently across the United States. He has practiced facial plastic surgery for more than twenty years. His areas include rhinoplasty, aging-face cosmetic surgery, facial volumetric surgery and minimally invasive endoscopic techniques, and he also offers skin rejuvenation with peels, lasers and injectable fillers. Nayak is known for deep plane facelifts, fat transfer and rhinoplasty, and he created the Omakase Face Lift. Each year he travels to Hanoi, Vietnam, to operate and to teach local surgeons. Recognition includes Clinical Professor of the Year, named by residents at St. Louis University Medical School, and a listing by Newsweek among America's Best Plastic Surgeons. St. Louis Magazine recognized his leadership for 2021 through 2024. The New York Times and Allure have praised his techniques, and People featured his deep plane facelifts. He earned the highest written exam score of all examinees in his year on the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery exam.
