Dr. Micheline Goulart

Dr. Micheline Goulart is a board-certified plastic surgeon (FACS) at the Mineola office of Island Plastic Surgery. Her work centers on cosmetic and reconstructive facial plastic surgery, and she also performs advanced breast and body contouring. The practice describes her as nationally recognized in both areas.
