Dr. Michael Sistare, DO

Dr. Michael Sistare, DO, is a cosmetic surgeon at Palm Beach Cosmetic Surgery with a focus on face, breast and body procedures. He holds a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine, and his undergraduate work was done at Florida State University and Florida International University. He completed a general surgery residency at Larkin Community Hospital in South Miami, then a cosmetic surgery fellowship with Dr. Eric Nuveen at Cosmetic Surgery Affiliates in Oklahoma City. He then moved back to South Florida to practice. He is board certified in cosmetic surgery by the American Board of Cosmetic Surgery and in general surgery by the American Osteopathic Board of Surgery. He is recognized as a specialist by the American Board of Cosmetic Surgery and the American Board of Facial Cosmetic Surgery. He co-authored a 2023 Cureus article on ultrasound-guided wire localization in breast-conserving surgery, has contributed to peer-reviewed surgical literature, and has presented case research at national and state meetings. He has been featured in media coverage of men's health trends.
