Dr. Michael Cromer is Medical Director at Premier Image and holds an MD. He is board certified in family medicine and addiction medicine and has practiced since 1989. He attended medical school at the University of Oklahoma in Tulsa, then completed a family practice residency at Bayfront Medical Center in St. Petersburg, Florida. In 1989 he opened Northwest Family Medical Center in Tampa as a solo practice. He oversees one of the largest family medicine practices in Hillsborough County. In 2020 he served as president of the Hillsborough County Medical Association, and in 2021 he was appointed a delegate to the Florida Academy of Family Physicians State Board.
