Dr. Mercedes Salmassian

Dr. Mercedes Salmassian is a physician at Mercedes Aesthetic and Wellness Center, treating aesthetic patients. She is double board-certified in Pediatrics and Pediatric Emergency Medicine and has years of experience managing high-stress medical crises in a hospital setting. Her training includes a pediatric residency in New York and an emergency medicine fellowship at UT Southwestern.

She completed cosmetic medicine certifications through The National Laser Institute and Empire Medical Training, and trains and mentors other doctors in advanced aesthetic techniques. Her specialties include neurotoxins, dermal fillers and biostimulators, advanced thread lifts, autologous regenerative fillers made from the patient's own blood, and autologous fat transfer. She also offers laser and energy treatments for resurfacing, tightening, contouring, pigmentation, cellular renewal and hair removal, plasma treatment for resurfacing and rejuvenation, and wellness treatments including IV infusion protocols and medical weight loss. She performs PDO thread lifts and Endolift vaginal rejuvenation at the salon and oversees IV nutrition therapy and the medical weight loss program.
