Dr. Mary Rose Ramirez

Dr. Mary Rose Ramirez is the Medical Director at Austin Aesthetics Club and also sees patients at Rose Dermatology in San Antonio, Texas. Board-certified in dermatology, she works across surgical dermatology, skin cancer prevention and treatment, and laser procedures, and she carries out advanced cosmetic work such as tumescent liposuction and SmartLipo. Her education began with a bachelor's degree from the University of Texas at Austin and a master's from the University of North Texas Health Science Center, followed by a medical degree from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center. She went on to a preliminary internal medicine internship at the University of New Mexico, where she was named Preliminary Intern of the Year, and then a dermatology residency at Duke University, where she served as Chief Resident in her final year. She received the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery Resident Scholarship. She has presented at national conferences, has published peer-reviewed articles, and belongs to the American Academy of Dermatology, the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery and the Texas Medical Association.
