Dr. Mark Mandell-Brown founded the center and serves as its director. He practices as a board-certified cosmetic surgeon with a focus on facial plastic surgery, covering face and neck work such as facelifts, rhinoplasty and brow lifts, and he also does breast enhancement and minimal-incision body cosmetic surgery. He has more than 30 years of experience in facial, breast and body procedures, including 18 years in ENT practice and plastic surgery. In consultations he uses 3D imaging so rhinoplasty patients can visualize possible outcomes, and he generally favors the closed rhinoplasty technique. For body work, he prefers minimal-incision approaches. He served as president of the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery from 2019 to 2021, and during that term founded its Women in Cosmetic Surgery division and established its New Physicians Committee. He was on that academy's board of trustees from 2012 to 2022 and on the AAAHC board of trustees from 2014 to 2023. He has worked as an AAAHC surgery surveyor since 2004 and chaired the AAAHC surveyor training committee from 2018 to 2020. He led the Clermont Medical Society from 2003 to 2005, has directed or co-directed cosmetic surgery workshops at several universities, has edited four medical textbooks, and has published more than a dozen articles. He lectures across the United States and Canada and speaks at national and international meetings, and he has been interviewed on radio and television, including CBS and Fox News. Recognitions include Cincinnati Magazine naming him Best Breast Augmentation Doctor and Best Plastic Surgeon for rhinoplasty, plus a Top Doctor in America listing.
