Dr. Maki

Dr. Maki is a cosmetic surgeon who received a medical degree from A.T. Still University of Health Sciences in Missouri. He completed a one-year general surgery internship, followed by a five-year residency in Otolaryngology/Facial Plastic Surgery through Michigan State University, where he also trained further in head and neck surgery and facial plastic surgery.

He completed a General Cosmetic Surgery fellowship under Dr. Drake Vincent through Vincent Surgical Arts, which is accredited by the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery. He is certified by that academy and trained in rhinoplasty with Dr. Ted Golden.

He finished at the top of his medical school class and was featured in Pasadena Magazine as a top 10 doctor of 2018. He was also a finalist for the LA Business Journal's Health Care Leadership Forum & Awards. With patients, he works through three factors in facial aging: descent, deflation and skin deterioration. He offers eyelid surgery consultations.
