Dr. Madison Fandel

Madison Fandel is a licensed naturopathic doctor (ND) based in Pacifica. Her focus is perimenopause, menopause and hormone balance, and she also treats women's health concerns such as weight loss, thyroid health, digestive wellness, natural pain management and minimally invasive aesthetic procedures. Before returning to the San Francisco Bay Area, she spent several years practicing in Seattle, Washington.

Her degrees include a biology bachelor's from the University of Hawaii and a naturopathic medicine doctorate from Bastyr University. She is a Certified Practitioner with The Menopause Society and holds Diplomate distinction from the American Boards of Anti-Aging Health Practitioners. Further study includes fellowship coursework in anti-aging, metabolic and functional medicine, plus the Menopause Fellowship offered through The Confident Clinician. Her training was under Dr. Charles Runnels, who developed the Vampire Facelift, and covers PRP treatments and injections, prolotherapy, IV therapy, ozone therapy and hormone replacement therapy, including BioTe pellet therapy.

Hormone care starts with testing that goes beyond standard blood work, and bioidentical therapy is tailored to each person. Alongside treatment, she offers guidance on nutrition, stress management, sleep and daily lifestyle habits.
