Dr. Lissette Perez Lazo, DO, started Lazo Health in 2023 to widen access to care in her local community, and she personally handles every service the practice offers. Her specialty is family medicine, and she is a board-certified osteopathic family medicine physician.
She did her undergraduate work at Florida International University and finished medical school at Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine, graduating in 2015. Her residency was at Palmetto General Hospital, where she was chief resident. Once that ended, she joined the clinical faculty at Nova Southeastern University's Dr. Kiran C. Patel College of Osteopathic Medicine.
Preventive medicine and women's health are her main areas of focus. She speaks English and Spanish and sees patients throughout her home community in Miami.
