Dr. Linette Rivera

Dr. Linette Rivera is the founder and CEO of GLANZ and serves as its in-house doctor. She is a double board-certified physician in internal medicine and in endocrinology and metabolism, and she sees patients across a range of ages in Doral and nearby Miami-Dade cities for endocrinology and wellness care. She earned an undergraduate degree at the University of Puerto Rico and trained at the UCC School of Medicine in Puerto Rico. Her internal medicine residency was at the University of South Florida in Tampa, followed by an endocrinology and metabolism fellowship there in 2014. After residency she worked as an endocrinologist at a local Tampa hospital for two years. She was one of the founders of Bella Mia Medical in Tampa and grew a medical aesthetic practice in South Tampa for six years before moving to Miami.

Her work centers on women's hormones and menopause, along with hormone deficiencies such as pituitary and adrenal conditions, and she has experience managing thyroid disorders and diabetes. She also offers guidance in aesthetic medicine and bioidentical hormone therapy, and she has in-depth training in alternative medicine alongside her endocrinology work. She provides Botox at the Doral office, performs the aesthetic assessment at first consultations, and selects the diamond tip for each DiamondGlow treatment. For the weight loss program, she reviews medical history at the first appointment and adjusts medication doses after follow-up visits. She has used GLP-1 medications and recommends them to patients.

She serves as a Key Opinion Leader and trainer for Alma Lasers, presents at the American Med Spa Association, and speaks nationally on hormone replacement and peptide treatments. She is also a principal investigator in research institutions focused on GLP-1-based therapies and metabolic health.
