Dr. Laurette Smith

Dr. Smith owns Youthful Solutions and serves as its medical director. She holds Texas board certification in obstetrics and gynecology and has worked as an OB/GYN for more than 25 years. Before launching the practice, she was a physician at Renaissance Women's Group in Austin. Her clinical focus runs from reproductive health through perimenopause and menopause, and also includes bioidentical hormone replacement, hormone optimization for both women and men, and medical weight management. She starts by learning what each patient is worried about and hoping for, then designs a tailored plan that can draw on pellet therapy, compounded GLP-1 medications and lifestyle guidance. Dosing is personalized and guided by comprehensive lab testing. She has treated hundreds of patients in the Cedar Park and Leander area.
