Dr. Laura T. Brayton

Dr. Laura T. Brayton founded Hoboken Family Chiropractic + Wellness, a chiropractic and wellness practice at 113 Monroe St in Hoboken, New Jersey, where she serves as chief doctor. Her listed credentials are DC, CSP, CSCP and CACCP, and she has more than twenty years of experience in women's health. She studied at New York Chiropractic College and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Her clinical focus is women's health, particularly preconception care and fertility optimization. She holds certifications in Chiropractic Pediatrics, the Webster Technique for breech presentation, Sacro-Occipital Technique, Craniopathy and BioEnergetics, and is an advanced-level practitioner of Nambudripad's Allergy Elimination Technique. She is also a Tupler Technique trainer and an Institute for Functional Medicine certified practitioner. New Jersey Family magazine named her one of NJ's Favorite Kids' Docs each year from 2010 through 2024. She launched the Well-Adjusted Mama podcast in 2014 and still hosts it, and she offers preconception and fertility courses through the Brayton Birth Method.
