Dr. Kulbir Khalsa

Kulbir Khalsa, DAOM, L.Ac., works as Herbal and Functional Medicine Consultant at Fire Over Water Acupuncture in New York City, where she also heads the Functional Medicine Department. She has more than 16 years of practice in Traditional Chinese Medicine across the UK and the US. Her training includes a Bachelor of Science in Acupuncture in London, a Master of Traditional Chinese Medicine from Five Branches University and a Doctorate of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine. Her clinical focus is internal medicine, with particular attention to women's health, autoimmune conditions, digestive issues, chronic pain and sleep disorders. She blends Traditional Chinese Medicine with modern biomedical insight to investigate the underlying causes of illness.
