Dr. Kim

Dr. Kim is the dentist who leads Luminous Dental Spa, a dental practice with aesthetic services in Irvine, California. She holds a DDS and has more than a decade of dental experience. Her education began with an honors degree in physiology and psychology from the University of Toronto, and she then trained at Loma Linda Dental School, graduating at the top of her class. She later returned to Loma Linda as an Assistant Professor. Additional training includes advanced dental implant study at Seoul National University and extensive facial aesthetic training with the American Academy of Facial Aesthetics. Her clinical work covers digitally guided implant surgery, IV and oral sedation for patients with dental anxiety, smile design, and treatment of oral, facial and TMJ pain. She also provides Invisalign consultations and treatment planning. Patients with anxiety or special needs are welcome in her chair.
