Dr. Kevin Sadati

Dr. Kevin Sadati is a facial plastic and reconstructive surgeon in Newport Beach, holding board certification in both facial plastic surgery and otolaryngology-head and neck surgery. He is best known for facelifts, including the Preservation Deep Plane Facelift, which he developed. His practice also covers eyelid surgery, rhinoplasty and neck lifts. He has performed more than 6,400 facelifts, more than 4,897 neck lifts, more than 2,876 eyelid surgeries and more than 1,387 rhinoplasties, and more than 5,000 facelifts.

He began his medical training with a doctor of osteopathic medicine degree from Midwestern University and Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine, completed from 1994 to 1998. A rotating internship at Metropolitan Hospital in Grand Rapids, Michigan followed in 1999. From 1999 to 2004 he trained in otolaryngology and facial plastic surgery at Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, and he then completed a fellowship at the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery in Seattle from 2004 to 2005. Before medical school he earned bachelor's degrees from UC Berkeley in molecular neurobiology and cell biology, and in near eastern history and literature, and from 1992 to 1994 he worked as a research associate at Wound Healing Laboratories at UCSF.

He developed the Double C-Plication facelift, later refined into the Triple C-Plication, and has published on facelift technique, including the preservation facelift and deep neck surgery. His work has appeared in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. He has lectured and taught surgeons at meetings such as IMCAS in Paris and the Cairo Face Summit, and he has been featured on The Doctors. He is a member of the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, The Aesthetic Society and the California Society of Facial Plastic Surgery.
