Dr. Keith Hanna

Dr. Keith Hanna is a board-certified plastic surgeon at Marietta Plastic Surgery. He is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgery and was elected President of the Georgia Society of Plastic Surgeons.

His training began at Clemson University, where he graduated cum laude, and continued at the Medical University of South Carolina, where he earned his medical degree with honors. He then completed a general surgery residency at the University of Tennessee-Memphis, a plastic surgery residency at Vanderbilt University, and a fellowship in cosmetic and oculoplastic surgery at Paces Plastic Surgery.

His practice centers on cosmetic surgery of the face, breast, and body, and a significant part of his work is breast reconstruction for patients who have had breast cancer. He also performs hair transplant procedures at the practice. The business says he was voted Best of Cobb Plastic Surgeon in 2022, and that Atlanta Magazine named him a Top Doc in 2020, 2021, and 2022.
