About

Dr. Kate Impastato founded Evergreen Plastic Surgery and serves as its owner. She is board-certified in plastic surgery by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, studying from 2003 to 2008, and a medical degree from Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in New Orleans, graduating in 2014.

She completed a six-year integrated plastic and reconstructive surgery residency at the University of Washington in Seattle in 2020, serving as chief resident in 2019 and 2020. After residency she worked as an Assistant Professor at Marshall University, providing care in an underserved area. In 2021 she joined Salmon Creek Plastic Surgery in Vancouver, Washington as its facelift and neck lift specialist. That year she returned to the West Coast, and she has treated patients in the Vancouver area since.

Her focus is facial surgery, breast surgery, and body contouring. She performs deep plane facelifts and deep plane neck lifts, short scar (mini) facelifts, bull horn lip lifts, eyelid surgery, and brow lifts, often paired with a facelift. Her body work includes mommy makeovers, abdominoplasties, and breast reductions. She also performs filler and BOTOX injections at the practice. She treats patients of all ages. Her visits begin with a one-on-one consultation about concerns and goals, followed by a physical exam, a review of health history and prior treatments with a focus on safety, and then a recommendation. She likes to see her own surgical patients after surgery to check healing.
