Dr. Kamron Mirkarimi

Dr. Kamron Mirkarimi is board certified in internal medicine and practices at Accelerate Health Clinics. He also holds an associate professor appointment at the University of California, San Diego School of Medicine. He works full time as a hospitalist for the Ximed Hospitalist group at Scripps Memorial Hospital in La Jolla, and he supervises internal medicine residents as a teaching attending at Scripps Mercy Hospital.

He co-founded the San Diego SNF Hospitalist group and serves as its president. The group provides hospital-level care to several skilled nursing facilities in San Diego. He earned a bachelor of science at the University of California, San Diego, and his medical degree in 2007 from Chicago Medical School, part of Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science. He completed his internship in 2008 and his residency in 2010, both at Scripps Mercy Hospital.
