About
Dr. Kachare is a surgeon at Nayak Plastic Surgery in St. Louis, where his work centers on facial, breast and body aesthetic procedures. He is double board-certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and the American Board of Surgery, and he is also a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons.
He earned his MD at the University at Buffalo School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences, after a BS in chemistry from New York University. His surgical training includes general surgery residencies and training at the University of Rochester Medical Center and Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School, a plastic and reconstructive surgery fellowship at the University of Louisville School of Medicine, and an ASAPS-endorsed aesthetic fellowship at El Paso Cosmetic Surgery. He has worked closely with facial surgery experts around the world and has learned from surgical leaders in South America and elsewhere. He is currently refining his facial aesthetic skills under Dr. Nayak.

He performs breast lifts and lifts with implants, tailoring each operation to a patient's proportions, and he is working to expand the practice's breast and body aesthetics work. He has received a Research Excellence Award, a Clinical Excellence Award and a Teaching and Mentoring Award, and has more than 40 published articles and accolades from national and international conferences. - Approach
- His preferred facelift is a preservation-style deep plane procedure. Ultrasound-guided nerve blocks are part of his approach to easing pain after surgery, and when fat is needed for grafting he places it by ultrasound-guided injection.
