Dr. Justin Wudel

Dr. Justin Wudel founded Renew Plastic Surgery, where he works as a facial plastic and reconstructive surgeon and MD. He is a board-certified otolaryngologist. He is one of a small number of fellowship-trained facial plastic surgeons in the Twin Cities, and his practice emphasizes facelifts, rhinoplasty, scar revision and surgery on aging faces. He earned his bachelor's degree and medical degree at the University of Minnesota, where he was also admitted to the medical honor society. He completed an otolaryngology residency at the University of Colorado, then a fellowship in cosmetic and reconstructive facial surgery under Dr. Shan Baker at the University of Michigan. He received the Leslie Bernstein Investigator Developmental Grant, which is awarded to early-career otolaryngology researchers. Minneapolis-St. Paul Magazine named him a Top Doctor in 2024 and 2025.
